1. Using Sanam

Sanam is a platform for discovering and booking badminton courts in Bangkok. By creating an account you agree to use the platform lawfully and not to misuse or attempt to circumvent the booking system.

2. Bookings and payment

A booking is confirmed once you receive a booking reference (e.g. BS-YYYYMMDD-XXXX). Payment is made directly to the venue via PromptPay QR code. Sanam is not a party to the payment transaction and does not guarantee refunds from venues.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel a booking free of charge up to the cancellation window stated by the venue (typically 2–24 hours before the slot). Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund. Refund eligibility is determined by the individual venue's policy.

4. Venue responsibility

Venues listed on Sanam are independent operators. Sanam is not responsible for venue closures, court condition, or disputes between users and venue operators. If you have an issue with a venue, please contact the venue directly or reach out to us at hello@sanam.kikko.dev for assistance.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the booking system or violate these terms.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
