1. Information we collect

When you use Sanam we collect your phone number or LINE account identifier for authentication, your name and sport preferences when you provide them, and records of courts you have booked. We do not collect payment card data — payments are made directly to venues via PromptPay.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to create and manage your account, process and confirm bookings, and send booking confirmations and reminders. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data storage

Your data is stored on AWS infrastructure in the Asia Pacific (Singapore) region. We retain booking records for 3 years for dispute resolution purposes. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us at hello@sanam.kikko.dev.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Your rights (PDPA)

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@sanam.kikko.dev.
